Returns Policy

Store Credit or Exchanges may be issued for any damaged or defective items that are reported within 7days upon receiving delivery.

Please see below procedure for any return/exchange:

Email us at and provide the following information:

  • Invoice Number, Style Number, Color, and Size
  • Photos of the Damaged item
  • Provide your contact information

You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been received.

If your return request has been approved, you will receive a separate email from UPS containing a UPS Returns label to send back the damaged items. Store credit will be issued to your account once we have receive the items and will automatically be applied to your next invoice.

If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise from a web order, we will gladly issue store credit for are turn request submitted within 7 days upon receiving delivery.

Returned items must be in its original conditions and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ship back on their own terms.

All returned items are issued store credit only.

Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All returns must be approved prior to shipping to receive store credit.

Any requests for Returns or Exchanges after 7 days will not be approved.
